I loved the beautifully decorated gathering areas, filled with art and cozy furnishings, making the atmosphere incredibly inviting. The accessibility of the common spaces was excellent for senior guests like myself, allowing easy movement around the inn.
More grab bars in the bathrooms would be helpful.

I recently spent 2 nights in the Deluxe King Room Wedgewood. The atmosphere felt cozy as soon as I walked in. The decor added a charming touch, and the room was welcoming. Michael and Stephanie were excellent hosts, always available with helpful suggestions about the area. The breakfast was truly gourmet, each morning featured unique dishes. One day, I enjoyed their Italian eggs, which were a delight. However, the lack of certain amenities disappointed me. I noticed no coffee maker in the room, which would have been convenient. For a property that promotes relaxation, the noise from outside could be disruptive at times. The view from the room was stunning, surrounded by tall pine trees that provided a serene backdrop. It would have been nice if there were more options for wine during happy hour. the selection felt a bit lacking. Overall, I appreciated the beauty of the location but wished for a few more thoughtful extras.

Couple seeking cozy retreat
We had breakfast that was great with homemade soap from Twain Harte, felt like someone actually cared about our stay. Stephanie packed us to-go breakfasts for our early trip and that was just extraordinary, who does that?
It wasn’t cheap but for what we got, I guess it was acceptable.

The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, with impeccably maintained rooms that provided a sense of comfort. Recommendations for local dining were spot on, enhancing our stay with gourmet food options. Unfortunately, we encountered some discomfort due to noise from adjacent rooms, which disrupted the otherwise cozy experience. Also, the initial check-in lacked a personal touch, making it feel less welcoming than we had hoped. We hope to return in warmer months to further explore the beautiful surroundings.
